The wear of the chain pin shall not exceed 5% of the original diameter, and there shall be no serious bending, cracking and corrosion. If the above problems occur, replace them in time. Look at the pulley. If uneven wear occurs on the surface of the pulley, the outer diameter difference between the two pulleys is greater than 0.2mm, and the pulley surface has indentation, which affects the normal operation of the chain. Whether it is a cheap forklift or not, it should be replaced in time.

According to the regulations, the internal and external portal frames shall be straight, and the straightness error within the full length shall not exceed 1mm, and the maximum shall not exceed 3mm, otherwise they shall be inspected. Use magnetic flaw detection and tapping method to inspect whether there are cracks, deformation and distortion. If the bending deformation exceeds 1.5mm in the full length range, the transverse width exceeds 1.5mm, and the bending deformation of the top plate of the inner mast exceeds 2mm, it shall be corrected. Local deformation or concavity and convex of internal and external portal frames shall be corrected with flame, and the temperature shall be controlled at 700~800 ° C. If the overall deformation and corrosion are serious, whether it is a cheap forklift or not, it will be scrapped.
