Common faults of electric forklift truck:
1. Failure of electric lock switch or power switch
2. Main contactor failure: main contactor power failure; poor or inflexible contact of the main contactor contact.
3. The fuse is broken
4. The fuse is damaged
5. The line at the rotation axis of the handlebar in front of the main controller is worn
6. Electric forklift truck battery failure: the battery shows full charge but the battery is insufficient when it starts to move. The power supply shows low battery. The multimeter directly measures the voltage of 24V, and it seems that the voltage is normal, but in fact there is no electricity. The light did not respond. The capacitor does not respond.
7. The electric lift truck can only move forward but not retreat: the direction contactor is in poor contact or burned out; the controller is faulty; whether the direction contactor power supply is faulty.
8. Brake failure: the magnetic brake wire is loose or damaged; the magnetic brake brake pad is worn (the brake pad gap adjustment should be even, otherwise it will be easily damaged); the magnetic brake wire is loose or damaged; the magnetic brake coil is damaged.
9. The brake stroke switch is faulty.
10. The fork does not rise: the power supply of the lifting contactor. Whether the up switch is faulty, the hydraulic oil is insufficient, and the power supply is faulty.
11. The fork does not drop: the oil return hole is blocked, the solenoid valve of the hydraulic station is out of control, and the mast is stuck.
12. Controller failure: observe whether the input, output, and line voltage are normal, and judge whether the controller is good or bad.

Other common glitches:
The electric fork truck does not work (the contactor does not work).
(1) Poor contact or damage to the electric lock switch;
(2) Poor contact of the power switch is damaged;
(3) The battery link is loose or falling off
(4) The control circuit fuse is burned out
(5) The main circuit fuse has been blown
(6) The battery is seriously insufficient
The electric forklift truck suppliers cannot be driven (contactor works)
(1) Poor contact of contactor contacts
(2) MOSFET circuit board failure
(3) The walking electric carbon brush is worn or the commutator is in poor contact with the carbon brush
(4) The magnetic brake of the driving wheel is not engaged and is in a braking state.

Electric lift truck can only move forward or backward
(1) The contactor is in poor contact or burned out (clean or replace)
(2) The circuit board is faulty.
The electric forklift cannot stop when driving:
(1) The contact of the contactor is damaged, and the moving contact cannot be reset.
Brake failure
(1) Micro switch failure
(2) The magnetic brake wire is loose or damaged
(3) The brake pads of the magnetic brake are worn out.
