Some management insights on storage systems of electric forklift manufacturers

As an electric forklift manufacturer, I have gradually formed my own insights on the management of warehousing systems through frequent communication with customers. However, we need to pay attention to the cooperative use of pallet racks and small electric forklift in the warehouse management system.
First of all, we need to understand the type of warehouse shelves, as well as the installation location and method. For example, gravity racks, light racks and other different types of installation methods and installation positions are different. We need to understand the storey height of each storey shelf, the total storey height and the number of storeys, and what is the load-bearing capacity and total load-bearing capacity of a single storey? What is the width of the aisle between the shelf and the shelf? Whether the small electric forklift can safely and smoothly turn around and load and unload goods without obstacles. Electric forklift manufacturers often remind customers not to change it easily when the data has been fixed and meets safety standards, so as to avoid potential safety hazards. This is an important part of warehousing system management and should be treated with caution.
For warehouse racks with back support, when the position of the beam is changed, the position of the support node should be changed, and the horizontal support between the beams should also be re-anchored. Electric forklift manufacturers directly recommend that the changed safety load signs should be replaced after the shelf layout changes. Unless approved by the designer of the storage rack, the structure of the storage rack should not be added or modified by welding or bolting. So as not to affect the use of small electric forklift.

The use of self-loading stacker and pallets is also an important part of the storage system. In this link, we need to pay attention to how the small electric forklift enters the passage between the warehouse shelves during the operation. The picking and unloading actions of the small electric forklift need to pay attention to: before fork picking the pallet, look at the position of the pallet rack, the fork rises to a certain height and then the fork picks the pallet, and the self loading stacker forks and picks the goods after the fork is lowered. Go to the lowest altitude and then drive. Self loading stacker fork pick up the goods: When the goods are placed on the higher warehouse shelves, the forklift drives to the appropriate position, raises the fork to the height of the pallet, and forks the pallet. The pallet must be lifted from the support of the shelf first. Fork the goods out of the shelf. After the goods are fork out from the shelf, the fork of the self loading stacker must be lowered to the lowest point to stabilize the center of gravity of the forklift.
The stacking and handling of goods must be strictly in accordance with the requirements of electric forklift manufacturers, and the goods on a single pallet cannot be super high or heavy, nor can it be unbalanced. The combined use of small electric forklift and pallet racks should be within the specified standard range to ensure production safety.
