When the electric omni directional forklift is walking slowly, you can do the following checks:
1. Check if the electric power forklift battery is too low. If the electric omni directional forklift voltage is ok, check if the electric power forklift battery is enough to carry the electric omni directional forklift for normal operation. The elimination method is as follows: if the electric power forklift battery has no voltage or the voltage is too low, the electric omni directional forklift battery is directly charged and replenished.
2. Check the electric power forklift drive system. For example, if the switch and wiring of the electric omni directional forklift are loose or short-circuited, the micro-switch of the electric power forklift has no damage. Remedy: Repair and clean the wiring of the electric omni directional forklift, replace or repair the micro switch of the electric power forklift.
3. Check if the electric omni directional forklift drive contactor is burnt out or the coil of the electric power forklift is short-circuited and disconnected or the contact is bad. Remedy: Repair the platinum contacts of the electric omni directional forklift contactor or replace the new hydraulic forklift hydraulic contactor directly.
4. Check whether the drive module of the electric power forklift has burned out or burned short circuit and open circuit. Remedy: Repair or replace the module assembly of the electric omni directional forklift.
5. Check if the drive plate of the electric power forklift or the power supply board of the electric omni directional forklift has burnt or short circuit.
6. Check whether the drive motor of the electric power forklift has the power supply voltage. Check whether the motor of the electric omni directional forklift has short circuit or open circuit and leakage. Check whether the carbon brush of the electric power forklift has serious wear and so on. Remedy: repair the line, replace the motor carbon brush of the electric forklift and repair the motor copper wire of the electric forklift, repair the hydraulic motor assembly of the electric omni directional forklift or replace the new electric power forklift hydraulic motor.
7. Check whether the electric omni directional forklift drive gear box, gears, disc teeth or drive wheels of electric power forklift are damaged. Remedy: Disassemble the damaged repair or directly replace the new electric omni directional forklift gearbox assembly. The gear is damaged. The electric power forklift is directly replaced with a new gear, and a new disc or drive wheel is replaced.
