2.1.4 Professional skills
In addition to being familiar with the performance structure of forklifts, operators should also master the basic knowledge of loading and unloading work, and operate in strict accordance with the performance specifications of forklifts, and prohibit overload use.
2.1.5 Principles of safe operation
When driving, it is forbidden to eat, drink, chat, talk on mobile phones or use walkie-talkies, and it is forbidden to use forklifts for dangerous movements.
Confirm the safety of the working environment, prohibit speeding, over-height, overweight driving, and prohibit sudden braking and sharp turning.
2.1.6 Periodic Inspections

Before each operation, it is necessary to check whether the safety device of the counterbalanced forklift is complete and intact, whether the components are sensitive and effective, and whether the technical performance is good.
It is forbidden to drive a faulty vehicle, and report to the person in charge in time if any problems are found.
2.1.7 Preparation before starting
Confirm that there are no obstacles in the vicinity and that the goods are securely loaded.

2.1.8 Troubleshooting
When encountering mechanical problems, the forklift should be stopped immediately and the mechanical maintenance personnel should be notified for inspection and confirmation.
When the mechanical maintenance personnel cannot solve the problem, the maintenance contractor should be notified to enter the factory for repair.
2.2 Pre-Launch Considerations
Check the amount of lubricating oil for each type.
Check whether there is leakage in the oil pipe, water pipe, exhaust pipe and accessories.
Check whether there are obstacles in front and behind the car, and whether there are people obstructing them.
Check the degree of tightening of the wheel bolts and whether the fastening parts meet the specified value.
Check the agility and reliability of the steering and braking systems.
Check whether the electrical wiring is exposed and whether the joints are loose.
Check whether the forks, tires and various safety accessories are normal.
2.3 Startup Notes
The counterbalanced forklift can only start after it has been checked that it is normal.
After starting, check whether the starting sound, battery circuit, operation and each instrument are working normally.
Test the sound, light signal, and braking performance to confirm that it meets the safety requirements.
When starting, check whether there are people or obstacles around, send a signal, and sound the horn to start after confirming that it is safe.
When the load starts, it should be confirmed that the cargo is stable and reliable, and the start must be slow and steady.
No tools or other items should be placed in the cab to prevent the movement of the joystick or pedals.
Please strictly follow the above operating guidelines to ensure safety and forklift operation.
