The truck mounted forklift adopts the self-elevating structure. It can be installed at the rear of the truck to finish cargo loading and unloading without an extra fixed loading platform. It brings great convenience for short-distance transportation and multi-point unloading. However, the working environment is complex. Improper operation will easily lead to safety accidents. Keep goods centered on the forks. Ensure the cargo gravity stays within the load center. Never overload the equipment. Stack goods firmly to avoid falling.

Do lifting and lowering movements slowly and steadily. Avoid rapid lifting, lowering or sharp turning. Operators must not stand under the forks or stay within the working zone to prevent injuries caused by falling goods or tipping equipment.

Complete cargo picking and placing in one single operation as much as possible. Do not keep goods raised for a long time. Check the ground condition before operation. Do not carry out loading work on soft soil, as insufficient ground bearing capacity may tilt the truck mounted forklift.

After finishing work, clear debris on forks, retract the machine, cut off power and clean the unit simply. Stop using the electric self-elevating truck and arrange maintenance immediately if oil leakage or abnormal noise appears.
