There are two ways to check whether the circuit of the electric pallet jack is faulty. The first method is lamp test. We need to make a test lamp with the instrument bulb. During the inspection, clamp the fishtail clamp at the reliable place of the grounding, turn on the switch, and then test the test rod head from the positive pole of the battery to the direction of the electrical equipment section by section according to the wiring sequence. The manufacturer which has forklift for sale told everyone that if the test light is on, the circuit between the battery and the ammeter is normal. If it is not on, the circuit is open. The open circuit is in the circuit between the test lamp on and the test lamp off.
The second method to check whether the electric pallet jack is faulty is the instrument inspection method. We need to use a DC voltmeter or multimeter, adjust it to the 20V gear, use a black test rod to ground, and the red test rod starts from the positive pole of the battery, and contact the electrical equipment in the direction of the wiring sequence in order to check the voltage. If the pointer of the voltmeter can swing and display voltage, the circuit is normal. If the pointer of the voltmeter cannot swing, it indicates that there is an open circuit. The open circuit occurs in the circuit between the indication and no indication of the voltmeter pointer. The manufacturer which has forklift for sale reminds that if the voltage indication value is too small, there is a poor contact in the circuit.
