What should we pay attention to in the purchase of small electric forklift?

There are four aspects to consider when selecting an small electric forklift:
Cargo weight
Electro hydraulic forklifts have different tonnage, ranging from 1 ton to 3.5 tons. When selecting the small electric forklift, users should first know the weight of the goods they want to carry, and then select the small electric forklift accordingly. For example: if your goods weigh 2.0 tons, you can't afford a 1.6-ton or 1.8-ton stacking electric forklift; It's a waste to buy a 3-ton forklift. After all, there is a big price difference between a 3-ton small electric forklift and a 2-ton forklift.

Shelf height
In order to standardize management and save land, most users use shelves to store raw materials, which involves the lifting height of small electric forklift. The maximum height of the electric forklift of the stacker truck must meet the requirements of unloading and shoveling on the shelf. However, some people have different standards when calculating the forklift height of small electric forklift. Some people calculate the forklift height from the upper surface of the electric forklift fork, while others calculate the forklift height from the lower surface of the small electric forklift fork. In this way, it is likely that the purchased small electric forklift cannot be used because the shelf height does not match the lifting height of the small electric forklift. Of course, if there are no shelves and raw materials are on the ground, you don't have to consider this problem.

Right angle stack channel width
Simply put, it means that the electric hydraulic forklift can turn 90 degrees in the aisle. Most warehouse shelves are carefully calculated to maximize the number of shelves and place more goods in limited space. This involves small electric forklifts that turn at right angles between shelves. The width of the right angle stacking channel of the small electric forklift is calculated according to the vehicle design parameters: the width of the right angle stacking channel = turning radius + front suspension + fork / pallet length + safety clearance (about 20cm before and after the safety clearance). For these parameters, the user does not need to be too real. Each electric hydraulic forklift will provide its own right angle stacking channel width, as long as users know that the width between their shelves is less than the right angle stacking channel width of stacking electric forklift.

Tray size
This is particularly important for users who already use a large number of pallets. The size of the pallet will also affect the choice of small electric forklift. For different pallets, the corresponding stack height electric forklift shall be selected. For example, for the pallet of 1200 * 1000mm (length * width), the small electric forklift with the fork load center at the corresponding tonnage of 600mm shall be selected. Otherwise, it would be a pity to eliminate a large number of pallets due to the stacking of electric forklifts.

There are other things we need to pay attention to when buying small electric forklifts. For example, the height of warehouse door and container shall be higher than that of small electric forklift; When buying an small electric forklift, you should also consider whether you need another battery; The rated load loss of small electric forklift after the goods are lifted to a certain height, that is, the load curve; Special industries, such as cold storage with extremely low temperature, have higher requirements for small electric forklifts; If the small electric forklift is operated on the floor, the weight per square meter of floor must be considered; We also need to consider a pavement problem. The customer's pavement is uneven, with slopes and piles. The wheels and motors of small electric forklift will be greatly worn.
