The reach pallet stacker is located between the manual hydraulic truck and the balanced electric forklift. Walkie forklift is faster and easier to use than a manual truck. Reach pallet stacker is more efficient, cheaper and saves space than a forklift. Walkie forklift is widely used in warehouses and enterprise workshops. How to load and unload the walkie forklift?
1. Unloading of reach pallet stacker
(1) Place the walkie forklift perpendicular to the shelf with a fork, carefully close to the shelf and insert it into the bottom of the platform.
(2) Move the reach pallet stacker backwards and move the fork to the output tray

(3) The walkie forklift raises the fork to the required height, and the reach pallet stacker moves slowly toward the unloading position, ensuring that the fork can easily enter the pallet and that the cargo is in a safe position on the fork.
(4) The walkie forklift lifts the fork until the cargo is lifted from the shelf
(5) The reach pallet stacker slowly retreats in the passage.
(6) The walkie forklift slowly reduces the cargo while preventing the fork from contacting the obstacle during the descending process.
Note: When the cargo is lifted, the brake and steering operations of the reach pallet stacker must be carefully and carefully handled.
2. Stacking of walkie forklift
(1) The reach pallet stacker keeps the cargo low and carefully approaches the shelf.
(2) The walkie forklift lifts the cargo to the top of the shelf
(3) When the cargo was loaded on the shelf and stopped, the reach pallet stacker slowly advanced and observed that the fork did not put pressure on the shelf when the pallet was lowered, and confirmed that the cargo was in a safe position.
(4) Slowly retreat the walkie forklift and ensure that the cargo is in a safe position
(5) The reach pallet stacker lowers the fork to the position where the walkie forklift can travel.

3. Precautions for reach pallet stacker
(1) Operators must be trained and qualified before employment.
(2) Do not exceed the height limit of the load of the walkie forklift.
(3) Do not lift the fork excessively. Also, lower the fork to the proper height while moving.
(4) Do not use a faulty vehicle. In addition, seek professional maintenance in a timely manner.
(5) Replenish distilled water to the battery in time.
(6) If you are not using an reach pallet stacker, remove the key immediately.
4. Prohibition of walkie forklift
(1) Do not operate the reach pallet stacker after drinking.
(2) The walkie forklift is prohibited from being overloaded, and the goods are piled unevenly and flat.
(3) It is forbidden to ride across the operation reach pallet stacker
(4) It is forbidden to park the walkie forklift on the ramp.
