How To Operate Single-person Portable Forklift | Full Operation Steps
Traditional truck unloading requires multiple workers with repeated lifting, which is slow and labor-intensive. The compact Electric Self-climbing Stacker drives directly into truck beds for loading and stacking. If you want to know How To Operate Single-person Portable Forklift, follow the complete operation process below.
1. Empty Vehicle Boarding
Align the machine squarely against the truck edge. Lower the outriggers firmly onto the ground and lift the wheels off the pavement. Raise the whole machine steadily and drive onto the truck floor. Retract and lock outriggers only after the body stays stable without shaking.

2. Load Picking & Transportation
Adjust fork width and fully insert into pallets, keep cargo centered without off-center weight. Lift goods 5–10 cm above the ground before moving. Never lift forks while traveling. Drive at a steady low speed without sudden stops or sharp turns to prevent cargo tipping.

3. Empty Vehicle Getting Down
Pull out forks after unloading all goods and drive to the truck edge again. Set down outriggers to support the machine and lower it slowly to the ground. Fold supports, lower forks fully and cut off the main power after stable landing.
