How to deal with common faults and treatment methods of pallet stacker truck?

1. Pallet stacker truck electric system does not work

Fault reason: Poor power cable connection or battery connector failure of electric lift stacker.

Solution: Check and correct power wiring or replace battery connector

2. Pallet stacker truck does not work

Fault reason: a. The power supply line of the electric lift stacker is poorly connected.

                      b. Burn the pallet stacker truck insurance line. 

                      c. Electric lift stacker electrical equipment motor contactor fault. 

                      d. Pallet stacker truck motor failure.

Treatment:    a. Check and correct power cord

                     b. Replace insurance line 

                     c. Replace motor contactor

                     d. Check and repair the motor

3. Electric lift stacker power indicator does not work

Fault reason: a. The power supply line of the pallet stacker truck is poorly connected.

                      b. The electric lift stacker insurance line was burned.

                      c. The pallet stacker truck key switch is damaged.

                      d. The power indicator of the electric lift stacker is damaged.

Treatment:     a. Check and correct the power cord wiring

4. The electric lift stacker is too noisy

Fault reason: a. The gear or bearing of the electric vehicle of the pallet stacker truck is broken or the gear involute pin groove                                    wears.

                      b.The amount of oil in the electric lift stacker is insufficient or greasy.

Treatment:    a. Replace gear or bearing

                     b. Add or replace gear oil

5. Pallet stacker truck clearance is too large

Fault reason: The accumulated clearance of the electric lift stacker is too large (including clearance)

Treatment: adjustment or replacement

6. Pallet stacker truck oil leakage

Fault reason: oil seal or gasket damage of electric lift stacker

Treatment: Replace the oil seal or gasket
