As an forklift manufacturers driver, be sure to follow the correct operating rules for hydraulic forklift, safe use, keep in mind the following basic ten points:
1. The forklift manufacturers battery will generate hydrogen gas, which may cause an explosion. It is strictly forbidden to smoke near the battery of the hydraulic forklift. Any flame or spark is strictly prohibited. Forklift manufacturers batteries must be well ventilated when storing or charging, but do not be at the air outlet to avoid acid mist causing corrosion of the hydraulic forklift battery.
2. Forklift manufacturers battery liquid contains corrosive liquid, which may cause serious burns, avoid contact with skin, eyes or clothes. If an accident occurs, please rinse with plenty of water immediately and seek medical attention.
3. When inspecting or servicing the hydraulic forklift battery, use rubber gloves to avoid electric shock.
4. The surface or joint of the forklift manufacturers battery must be kept clean. Dust and impurities on the hydraulic forklift must be cleaned with a damp cloth, otherwise it will leak electricity or even cause a fire.
5. When cleaning the forklift manufacturers battery, be sure to use a damp cloth, not a dry cloth.
6. Do not connect tools between the positive and negative poles of the hydraulic forklift battery.
7. When the battery of the forklift manufacturers is charged, the temperature of the electrolyte should not exceed 50 degrees Celsius to avoid damage caused by electrolyte overflow, and pay special attention during the summer day.
8. Before pulling the battery plug of the hydraulic forklift, in order to avoid sparks, be sure to turn off the switch of the forklift manufacturers and the switch of the charger.
9. The electrolyte surface of the hydraulic forklift battery should not be lower than the minimum limit, otherwise the forklift manufacturers battery is easy to heat and easy to burn.
10. Children should not be near an hydraulic forklift.
