Before using it for the first time, please check whether the lithium battery in the battery handling vehicle is sufficiently charged. In order to meet the transportation requirements, if the battery of the pallet jacks is not fully charged, it must be charged before the first use.

The battery of the electric pallet jacks contains high-voltage electricity and energy. Do not cause a short circuit. Do not allow tools to approach the battery pole to avoid sparks or short circuits. The power supply should be cut off when the electric pallet jacks is repaired and maintained.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke or use an open flame when charging the electric pallet jacks.
To charge the battery of the electric pallet jacks, you must use the original charger provided by the manufacturer. Be careful not to undercharge or overcharge, so as not to damage the battery of the pallet jacks.
When charging the electric pallet jacks, especially when charging in an enclosed area, maintain a good ventilation environment. The battery pallet jacks may explode when it encounters water, open flames, electric sparks, etc. during the charging process!
Therefore, before unplugging the power socket, the charging power of the pallet jacks should be cut off.
Preparation for charging the electric pallet jacks
The battery must be charged as soon as possible after the electric pallet jacks is used, and the storage time shall not exceed 24 hours. After the pallet jacks has stopped, press the emergency stop switch and pull out the emergency stop switch key. Unplug the charging plug of the electric pallet jacks and insert a suitable power source (220V 50HZ). Turn on the AC power switch to start charging the pallet jacks.
