The semi-electric stacker is an electric forklift that transports and stacks as a whole. Its load requirements and elevation requirements must be within the standard range. It cannot be overloaded, let alone overloaded, or it is easy to tip over. Danger to the safety of operators or cause property damage to the enterprise. So how to choose the load increase of the semi-electric stacker?

According to the load increase ratio of the semi-electric stack height and its own needs, comprehensive considerations, select the appropriate specifications. Let’s take a 2 ton 3.5-meter steel semi-electric stacker as an example to briefly introduce the load of this forklift: a 2 ton 3.5-meter semi-electric stacker does not mean that the fork lifts up to 3.5 meters.

It can carry 2 tons, but it can carry 2 tons below a certain height. This car can load 2 tons at 1.6 meters and there is no problem, and the load will gradually decrease when it rises above 1.6 meters. When raised to 3.5 meters, the load will be less than 1 ton. Some of our customers will ask about usage restrictions when they are consulting products: I will not load 2 tons every time when I rise to 3.5 meters, can I load 2 tons occasionally? The professional warehouse electric forklift manufacturer said seriously: No! Maybe you have used it once and there is no problem, but this is not a matter of frequency, this is a very serious safety issue! Therefore, overloading is strictly prohibited!
