The safety distance is generally 200mm. Forklift front overhang distance refers to the distance from the center of the front wheel to the fork forearm of the forklift.The minimum turning radius of the forklift refers to the minimum distance from the outermost side of the forklift to the turning center when the electric forklift is under no load, that is, the minimum outer turning radius. And the minimum distance from the innermost side of the forklift to the turning center, that is, the minimum inner turning radius. You don't need to measure this data in person. Electric forklift manufacturer will provide it to you. However, this data usually has a deviation of 100mm. It is recommended that enterprises add 100mm to the calculation.
