Compared with the traditional internal combustion forklift, the electric forklift is environmentally friendly, simple to operate, easy to maintain, and cost-effective. However, electric forklift also has disadvantages, that is, the charging time is long, and the navigating ability of each brand and model of forklift is uneven. We should note that when the device is started, the voltage will decrease and the power consumption will be high. Therefore, the electric forklift manufacturer told us that starting the electric forklift would have consumed more electricity.
Secondly, many people may not know that the battery of the electric forklift will be discharged if it is placed for a long time and does not work after it is fully charged. When it is used again, the driver thinks that the electric forklift is fully charged, but once it accelerates, it will lose one or two grids of power. This part of the lost electricity is what we call "virtual electricity". The electric forklift manufacturer should remind everyone that if the battery of the electric forklift is not used for a long time and is not charged irregularly during storage, the battery health will be damaged. Because the electrolyte in the battery will react, resulting in poor storage performance.

Another possibility is that the circuit of the electric forklift will age after a long time of use, and the resistance of the electric forklift will be changed. If the resistance is large, the current will directly decrease, so that the battery will be fully charged, but the current will be unstable, and the power consumption speed will become faster. The electric forklift manufacturer told us that if the electric forklift consumes too much power, it may be caused by the above reasons, or it may be caused by battery damage. The driver must check the cause to see if it is normal.
