3. The small electric forklift generates high temperature
It may be caused by overload of the electric forklift, excessively tight bearings and oil seals, damage or poor lubrication, improper shaft core, friction between armature and magnetic pole, winding short circuit, excessive brush pressure, improper position, poor rectification, etc.
4. The small electric forklift is noisy
The main reasons are damage to the bearings of the electric forklift, uneven commutator surface, vibration or friction of the electric brushes, etc.
