1. The speed of the small electric forklift is incorrect

It is often caused by short circuit or open circuit of small electric forklift windings, incorrect brush position, overload of warehouse handling forklift, bearing damage, low power supply voltage and other reasons.

2. Sparks appear in the brushes of the small electric forklift

It may be caused by poor contact of the brushes of the storage and transportation forklift, uneven surface of the commutator, improper brush position, dirty surface, short circuit of the commutator, or short circuit of the motor winding of the storage and transportation forklift.

3. The small electric forklift generates high temperature

It may be caused by overload of the electric forklift, excessively tight bearings and oil seals, damage or poor lubrication, improper shaft core, friction between armature and magnetic pole, winding short circuit, excessive brush pressure, improper position, poor rectification, etc.

4. The small electric forklift is noisy

The main reasons are damage to the bearings of the electric forklift, uneven commutator surface, vibration or friction of the electric brushes, etc.

According to the above situation, the small electric forklift motor can be checked and repaired on a matter-of-fact basis, which can greatly simplify the maintenance procedures and save maintenance time.
