And the electric forklift truck suppliers learned that the maintenance cost of the electric forklift after sale was lower than that of the internal combustion forklift, which saved the labor cost of maintenance. Electric forklifts use electric signals to control electric, acceleration, hydraulic, brake and other systems, which reduces the operator's labor intensity and improves the company's work efficiency and operation accuracy.

Maintenance cost: maintenance cycle. The maintenance cycle of the electric forklift truck is two to three times longer than that of the internal combustion forklift. Generally, the maintenance cycle of the internal combustion forklift is up to 500 working hours, and many electric forklifts have reached 1,000. Maintenance intervals of more than hours.
According to the electric forklift truck suppliers, the maintenance of electric forklifts is much simpler than that of internal combustion forklifts. Usually, as long as some joint moving parts such as gantry bearings, steering axles, etc. are mainly lubricated, inspection and cleaning are the main ones. Or 3000 hours to change the hydraulic oil, gear oil and hydraulic oil filter, other materials required are very limited. In addition to lubrication, internal combustion forklifts need to replace the engine oil and oil filter every 500 hours, and replace hydraulic oil, engine oil, transmission oil and these oil filters every 1000 hours.

The time required for maintenance is much longer than the internal combustion forklift when the electric forklift truck is sold. At the same time, the time required for each maintenance is much less than the internal combustion forklift, which greatly saves the labor required for maintenance. The cost is actually more substantial because the downtime of the forklift is greatly shortened, which is difficult to calculate the economic benefits brought by the increased efficiency of the forklift.
