Recently, our company held a small welcome ceremony for new partners. Both the business department and operation department of our company participated in this event. The event was divided into three links. The first part is the self-introduction of the new partner, the second part is the billing ceremony, and the third part is the signing of the contract, officially joining our new Newton family, and we will continue to move forward together in the future.

In the big family of New Newton, in addition to having professional abilities, the little friends who can stay must also be integrated into our environment and are willing to move forward with us. In the self-introduction session, one of our friends talked about the previous internship experience, and he mentioned that one of the reasons for leaving was "the company atmosphere is not suitable for her, and there is no common language with the old employees." This may sound childish at first, but if you think about it, if the company's aura does not fit with you at the beginning, and it doesn't give people a sense of belonging, how long can you guarantee that you can stay? Will there be long-term development?

In the part of the billing ceremony, several small partners of our business department sounded the gong that heralded the success of billing, and shared the successful experience and thoughts of billing.
First of all, congratulations to our new partner Kimi for the successful transaction of the first order. In Kimi's words: "This order was sold very quickly." Yes, when you have no experience at the beginning, you find it extremely difficult. Once you have the first order of "Icebreaker", will you still hesitate? Next, we only need to recognize the shortcomings of the goal summary and the shortcomings of improvement.
